Tiyan “Pop” Bush born and raised in Desoto county, Florida. Attended the University of New Hampshire where he received a bachelors degree in Homeland security. His focus was environmental security and water management. Post college he began working in the site work and construction field for two years. From there he moved back to the great state of Florida and began PPM.
